Because I grew up in Guanajuato, Mexico, I am intimately aware of the customs and cultural tastes in preparing some of the dishes found at Via Reál. Today, I am married and have two beautiful children who love my cooking. I have a profound passion for delicious food. This caters to my desire to create a unique and enjoyable dining occasion that guests will not soon forget. Via Reál has been an exceptional restaurant, allowing me to deliver this experience to each and every guest.

After 16 wonderful years with Bob's Steak and Chophouse, I am elated to have joined my husband, Chef Jesus, and the amazing team here at Via Real. Our vision is united in making every guest's experience a memorable one through our delicious food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere. The moment I started working at Via Real in 2017, I knew it was not just another restaurant. The team had a strong sense of passion and enthusiasm for taking care of guests. I am proud to be a part of such a great team and a treasured destination in Las Colinas. It has been an absolute blessing to serve our guests as a server, manager and now business manager. I take pride in knowing that we provide an experience like no other, and I am grateful to be a part of Via Real's growth and success. I look forward to continuing to serve you and creating unforgettable dining experiences for years to come.

As a regular guest at Via Real for 11 years, I know first-hand that there is something different here. It was my place to do business, meet friends, or simply unwind because I could count on a great meal, enjoy a nice ambiance, and it felt like family. After a thriving 22-year career in sales and marketing, I am embracing a new adventure. I am honored to be part of the Via Real team. It has opened doors for my family and me in so many ways. To have been a part of Via Reál for 5 years has been a blessing. I came to the U.S. When I was 17 years old with lots of goals and dreams. Via Real welcomed me in 2011 as a server assistant, giving me a chance to learn about the industry and train as a server and party server. A decade later, I am a floor manager leading a team that's dedicated to welcoming guests into our beautiful family. My ultimate goal is to make each and every guest happy with quality food and service. I take pride in directing my staff to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, making guests feel like they're at home.
